摘  要:目的:对重庆跳水运动员不同训练周期进行运动机能监控,研究不同训练周期相关生化指标的变化。方法:选取重庆市专业跳水队健将级及以上优秀运动员,依据每年全国跳水比赛时间顺序,将全年的训练周期分为第一周期、第二周期、第三周期、第四周期和冬训期。对2012—2019年运动机能监控指标进行分析讨论,主要有:Hb、SF、T、CK、BU、UA。结果:跳水运动员Hb和SF水平在冬训期最高,在第三周期最低;睾酮水平在第一周期最低,在第二周期最高;男子肌酸激酶水平在第二和第四周期最高,女子肌酸激酶水平在全年周期稳定,无显著变化,血尿素水平在第四周期最低。结论:在不同训练周期中,根据各生化指标的不同变化趋势,提前采取相关措施干预,保障运动员较好的机能状态。Through the study of motor function monitoring of Chongqing divers during different training cycles throughout the year,the changes of the related biochemical indicators in different training cycle are studied.Excellent athletes of Chongqing professional diving team at the master level and above are selected.According to the time sequence of national major diving competitions each year,the annual training cycle is divided into 5 periods,including the first cycle,the second cycle,the third cycle,the fourth cycle and the winter training period.The related biochemical indicators of motor function monitoring from 2012 to 2019 were analyzed and discussed,and the main indicators were Hb,SF,T,CK,BU and UA.It is found that the HB and SF levels of divers were the highest in the winter training period,and the lowest in the third cycle;testosterone level was the lowest in the first cycle,and the highest in the second cycle,and the male creatine kinase level was the highest in the second and fourth cycles,while the femele creatine kinase level was steady throughout the whole year without significant change;the urea level was the lowest in the fourth cycle.Therefore,in different training cycles,we should take relevant measures in advance to guarantee athletesbetter functional state according to the different trends of biochemical indicators.
