摘 要:伊拉克某油田外输高压大口径原油管道项目因计划新建站场而需要开展带压开孔作业,因此,需要对带压开孔封堵方案的施工可行性进行研究。根据ASME B31.4及壳牌标准DEP 31.38.60.10,从三通在线焊接可施焊压力、三通补强计算等方面,对带压开孔施工方案的可行性进行了研究,结果表明热开孔三通补强可以满足要求,同时提出了确保旁通管线稳定运行的建议。A large-diameter crude oil pipeline in Iraqi oil field needs to carry out hot-tapping due to a new station along pipeline plan to be constructed.Therefore,the construction feasibility of the hot-tapping needs to be studied.A study on the feasibility of the construction plan for hot-tapping was carried out with the aspects of tee online welding pressure and tee reinforcement calculations according ASME B31.4 and Shell standard DEP 31.38.60.10.The results show that the hot-tapping tee reinforcement can meet the requirements.At the same time,recommendations for stable operation of the bypass pipeline were proposed.
