摘 要:校外实习基地建设是高校实践教学体系建设的重要组成部分,是高校人才培养的重要环节,其精髓在于构建校地合作共赢机制。城市管理专业校外实习基地建设具有自身的特点和优势,当前实践表明校地合作初具形态,但存在基地使用率不高、校地互动性不强、实习满意度不佳的问题。构建校地合作共赢机制,是解决当前问题的突破口。构建校地合作共赢机制,首先要创新实践教学模式,建立以基地的现实需求为出发点、实现基地和学生双向自主选择的订单式实践教学模式,基于此,校地双方需要加强交流沟通,建立联合指挥中心,构筑规划共商、制度共建、信息共享的合作行动机制,配套人才和资金的保障支持。The construction of off-campus training base is an important part of the construction of practical teaching system in colleges and universities.It is also an important part of personnel training.Its essence lies in the construction of a winwin cooperation mechanism between schools and base.The construction of off-campus training base of urban management major has its own characteristics and advantages.The current practice shows that the school-base cooperation has begun to take shape,while there are some problems,such as low utilization rate of base,weak school-base interaction and poor satisfaction of practice.Building a Win-win cooperation mechanism is the breakthrough to solve the current problems.To build the Win-win cooperation mechanism,the first thing is to innovate to the ordering practice teaching mode which take the reality demands as the beginning and make the two-way choice independently between base and students.And then,whether base or school need to strengthen communication,through what woulde be to establish a joint command center,build the action mechanism of plan to discuss together,institution to construct together and information to share each other,with support of talents and funds.
