摘　　要：目的:分析早期微量喂养结合静脉营养支持对早产儿的影响。方法:选择博罗县人民医院2019年1月-2020年12月接收的早产儿共86例作为本次研究对象,根据抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组早产儿实施常规的静脉营养支持,观察组早产儿实施早期微量喂养结合静脉营养支持,收集对比两组早产儿临床指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组早产儿的各项临床指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组早产儿不良反应发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早产儿实施早期微量喂养结合静脉营养支持能够有效改善临床指标,缩短住院时间,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the influence of early micro feeding combined with intravenous nutrition support in premature infants.Method:A total of 86 cases of premature infants in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the drawing method,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine intravenous nutrition support,and the observation group received early micro feeding combined with intravenous nutrition support.The clinical indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were collected and observed.Result:The clinical indexes of premature infants in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65% of the premature infants in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 18.60% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early micro feeding combined with intravenous nutrition support can effectively improve the clinical indexes of premature infants,shorten the hospital stay,and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
