摘 要:钢框架装配式梁柱大多采用高强螺栓连接形式,其节点刚度介于刚接与铰接之间,属半刚性连接。基于国内外研究成果梳理了钢结构装配式半刚性连接节点的研究进展,从节点层面根据柱截面形式不同,讨论了开口截面柱与梁、闭口截面柱与梁的连接节点特性、构造特点及力学性能。从框架层面采用弹性及弹塑性分析方法,基于节点半刚性特征对框架结构进行了力学性能分析。研究结果表明,闭口截面梁柱采用单向螺栓连接节点可免去在柱壁开孔和补焊等做法,并可减轻采用对拉螺栓连接节点造成的柱壁凹屈,但目前针对单向螺栓连接节点力学性能的研究积累尚不够丰富,相关研究有待进一步拓展深入。半刚性连接钢框架弹性及弹塑性分析均表明节点柔性改变了框架内力分布、基本周期及地震响应,因此分析时应考虑半刚性节点对框架结构的影响。Most of the beams and columns in fabricated steel frame are connected by high-strength bolts,and the stiffness of the joint is between rigid and hinged,which is a semi-rigid connection.Based on the research at home and abroad,this paper presents a review on the research progress of semi-rigid connections for fabricated steel structures.On an aspect of the joint,the connection characteristics,structural characteristics and mechanical properties of beam to open-section column connections and beam to closed-section column connections are discussed according to different column sections.On an aspect of the frame,the mechanical properties of frame structures are analyzed by elastic and elasticplastic analysis methods based on semi-rigid characteristics of the connections.The results indicate that using blind bolts to connect closed-section columns and beams can avoid the disadvantages of opening holes or repairing welding in column wall,or even reduce the concave bending of column caused by the application of through-bolts.However,the research on the mechanical properties of beam-to-column joints connected by blind bolts still needs to be further evaluated and deepened.Both elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis of semi-rigid steel frames show that the joint flexibility changes the internal force distribution,fundamental period and earthquake response of the structure.Therefore,the influence of semi-rigid connection on the frame structures should be considered in analysis.
