摘　　要：国际高标准经贸规则具有比现有世贸组织规则更高的标准,涵盖更多的政策领域,更具有可执行性。经贸规则的标准并非越高越好,但是当前大部分高标准经贸规则是数字经济和全球化进一步发展所需要的。随着中国经济发展水平的提高以及对外开放经验的日益丰富,对接高标准经贸规则符合中国高质量发展的根本利益。The high-standard economic and trade rules follow higher standards than the existing WTO rules,cover more policy areas and are more enforceable.A higher standard of economic and trade rules does not necessarily mean the better,yet most of the current high-standard rules are needed for the further development of digital economy and globalization.With the improvement of China's economic development level and richer experience of opening to the outside world,applying high-standard economic and trade rules is in line with the fundamental interests of China's high-quality development.
