摘 要:本文围绕杭锦旗地区存在的泥岩易井壁失稳、同一裸眼段塌漏同存、现场钻井液防塌及环保性能不足等技术难点,开展了防塌环保钻井液体系研究,制定了"强封堵、强抑制、力学平衡以及兼顾环保性能"的技术对策。室内研制出了防塌环保钻井液体系配方,评价显示24h泥页岩线性膨胀率仅为8.47%,泥页岩滚动回收率高达92.62%,PPA砂盘滤失量降低54.27%,中压滤失量仅3.0mL,高温高压滤失量仅8.2mL,生物毒性LC50高达82000mg/L,表明该防塌环保钻井液体系配方具有良好的封堵性、抑制性、环保性以及低滤失量等性能。现场应用5口井,电测及下套管均一次性成功,平均井径扩大率仅为8.17%。在相关技术思路的推动下,杭锦旗地区复杂时效降低了42.0%。研究结果表明,研制的防塌环保钻井液能够满足杭锦旗地区钻井液技术需求,整体应用效果显著,具有推广应用的前景。This paper focuses on the technical difficulties of mudstone boreholeinstability,collapse and leakage in the same open hole section,insufficientanti-collapse and environment-friendly performance of drilling fluid in the field,etc.The anti-collapse environment-friendly drilling fluid system is studied,and the technical countermeasures of"strong blocking,strong inhibition,mechanical balance and environmental protection performance"are made.The formula of the system is developed in the laboratory.The evaluation shows that the lin-ear swelling rate of shale in 24 h is only 8.47%,the shale roller recovery is up to 92.62%,the PPA sand disk filtrate loss reduced by 54.27%,the medium pressure filtrate loss is only 3.0 mL,the high temperature and high pressure filtrationis only 8.2 mL,and the biological toxicity LC50 is as high as 82000 mg/L.It shows that the anti-collapse environment-friendly drilling fluid system has good performance on sealing,inhibition,environmental protection and low filtration loss.It is applied to five wells in the field,electrical logging and casing are both successful at once,and the average well diameter enlargement rate is only 8.17%.With the promotion of related technical ideas,the outage time in Hangjinqi area reduced by 42.0%.The research results show that the developed anti-collapse environment-friendly drilling fluid can meet the technical require-ments of drilling fluid in Hangjinqi area,and the overall application effect is remarkable and has the prospect of popularization and application.
