摘  要:牛心坨油田已进入中后期采油阶段,目前70%的老井面临产能不足、剩余油难以产出等一系列问题,大规模体积压裂成为解决这一类问题的有效手段,其中压裂液性能是影响压裂效果的一项重要指标。为了提高压裂后的油井采收率,在压裂液中添加减阻剂能够有效降低油水界面张力,将原油从微孔喉通道中驱替出来。实验选用牛心坨油区原油,利用旋转滴界面张力仪对10种减阻剂进行油水界面张力测试,实验结果为PS-30、KD-45A与原油的界面稳定值分别降低到1.32×10^(3)m N/m以及5.65×10^(3)m N/m。选用PS-30作为复配体系的主剂,对这10种减阻剂进行复配及优化得到最佳配比,配比结果为:FP1[PS-30+BS-12,0.3%(质量分数),3∶1]和FP2[PS-30+AEC-8,0.3%(质量分数),1∶1]。FP1、FP2分别使油水界面张力值降低到2.8×10^(3)m N/m以及3.5×10^(3)m N/m。两种复配减阻剂FP1、FP2界面活性对比结果为:FP1的耐盐性略高于FP2,FP1的耐碱性略弱于FP2。Niuxintuo Oilfield has entered the middle and late stage of oil recovery,and 70%of the old wells are facing a series of problems such as insufficient productivity and difficulty in producing residual oil,etc.Large-scale volume fracturing has become an effective means to solve such problems,in which the performance of fracturing fluid is an important index affecting the fracturing results.In order to improve the recov-ery of fractured oil wells,the addition of drag reducer to fracturing fluid can effectively reduce the oil-water interfacial tension and displace crude oil from the micro-pore throat channels.In the experiment,the oil in Niuxintuo Oilfield is selected and oil-water interfacial tension of ten kinds of drag reducers is tested using spinning drop interfacial tensiometer.The experimental results show that the interfacial stability values of PS-30,KD-45 A and crude oil reduced to 1.32×10^(3)mN/m and 5.65×10^(3)mN/m,respectively.PS-30 is selected as the main agent of the compound system,and it is compounded with these 10 drag reducers,and then the best proportion may be known after optimization.FP1 makes up of PS-30 and BS-12 with 0.3%of mass fraction and 3∶1 of proportion,and FP2 makes up of PS-30 and AEC-8 with 0.3%of mass fraction and 1∶1 of proportion.FP1 and FP2 make the oil-water interfacial tensionreduce to 2.8×10^(3)mN/m and 3.5×10^(3)mN/m,respectively.The comparative results of interfacial activity of drag reducers FP1 and FP2 are:salt resistance of FP1 is slightly higher than that of FP2,and alkali resistance of FP1 is slightly weaker than that of FP2.
