摘　　要：高坠死亡多发生在高层建筑较为集中的地方,这些地方的人员也相对集中,容易引起众多人员围观;加上自媒体时代短视频的快速传播等因素,极易形成网络热议。公安机关通过现场勘查和调查走访,围绕勘察重点,及时定性是否为刑事案件,以给死者家属一个满意的答复。High falling deaths mostly occur in places where high-rise buildings are concentrated,and the people in these places are relatively concentrated,which is easy to cause many people to watch.In addition,in the era of self media,for the rapid dissemination of short videos,it is easy to form a hot discussion on the Internet.Through on-site investigation,the public security organs should focus on the key points of the investigation and timely determined whether it was a criminal case,so as to give a satisfactory answer to the family of the deceased.
