64-MSCT在肝内门腔分流穿刺途径测量中的应用

摘  要:目的:采用64层螺旋CT模拟肝内门腔分流穿刺,测量结果为临床DIPS术提供资料,以提升穿刺的准确率。方法:选择肝硬化患者30例,同时选取非肝病健康者30例,分别采用64-MSCT扫描,将所得数据进行处理。结果:肝硬化患者与健康者肝门静脉左支与右支1、2 cm处直径不存在差异。肝门静脉左支1cm处到肝后下腔静脉等分线处的距离最短;肝门静脉左支1、2cm处与上、下等分线间距离存在差异(P<0.05);肝门静脉右支1、2 cm处与下等分线距离存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:DIPS术前可以采用64-MSCT模拟穿刺,其结果有助于确定穿刺途径,确定支架长度与类型。Objective To simulate intrahepatic portal shunt puncture with 64-layer spiral CT, The measurements provide data for clinical DIPS surgery, Thirty patients with cirrhosis were selected to improve the accuracy of the puncture, At the same time, 30 non-liver disease and healthy patients were selected, A 64-MSCT scan was used, respectively, The resulting data were processed and the results showed no difference between the left and right branch at 1 cm 2cm left branch at 1 cm to the inferior vena cava contour is the shortest distance;There was a difference between 1 cm 2 cm of the left hepatic portal vein(P <0.05);The difference between 12 cm and the right branch of the hepatic portal vein(P <0.05): 64-MSCT before DIPS, The results can help to determine the puncture pathway, Determine the bracket length and type.
