摘　　要：对大型高速动平衡试验装置真空润滑油及顶轴油系统的工作原理、设备组成、非标设备设计要点、管道设计要点等进行了详细论述,给出了关键设备选型、装置相关设备平面和竖向布置、真空舱内管道设置的具体要求,指出了该系统设计和制造中的关键点并举例进行了说明,提出了系统可持续性的重要性及解决方案,为类似系统设计提供参考。The working principle,equipment composition,key points of non-standard equipment design and pipeline design of vacuum lubricating oil and jacking oil system of large-scale high-speed dynamic balance test device are discussed in detail.The specific requirements of key equipment selection,plane and vertical arrangement of related equipment and pipeline arrangement in vacuum chamber are given.The key points in the system design and manufacturing are pointed out and illustrated with examples.The importance of system sustainability and solutions are put forward,which can provide reference for other similar system designs.
