摘  要:对直线加速器射线检测用不锈钢增感屏与铅增感屏的性能进行了对比试验。通过分析研究试验结果数据得知:使用不锈钢增感屏与铅增感屏,均可满足NB/T 47013.2-2015标准中AB级检测技术等级要求。但是,使用不锈钢增感屏时,灵敏度、底片黑度、清晰度等底片影像质量更好。该对比试验研究成果为编制直线加速器超厚板对接焊缝射线检测工艺文件提供了技术支持。In this paper,the performance of stainless steel sensitizing screen and lead sensitizing screen used for linac ray detection were compared.Through the analysis of the test results and data,it can be seen that both stainless steel and lead sensitized screens can meet the requirements of AB testing technology grade in NB/T47013.2—2015 standard.However,sensitivity,film blackness,clarity and other film image quality of stainless steel sensitization screen is better.The results of the comparative test provide technical support for the preparation of X-ray inspection process document for the butt weld of ultra-thick linac plate.
