摘  要:水是微通道流动沸腾常用的换热工质,由于其饱和温度较大,目前的沸腾实验大多采用制冷剂替代。然而,水和制冷剂在物性参数上依然具有较大差异,应用于制冷剂的换热公式并不一定能有效应用于水。因此,本文收集1084个工质为水和1002个工质为制冷剂的实验数据,比较两者在无量纲数上的差异,并选取6个常用换热公式,比较其应用于两者的预测准确度。结果表明,6个换热公式应用于水时的准确度普遍低于制冷剂,并且都低估了水的换热系数。Although water is the commonly used heat transfer material in the flow boiling,currently refrigerants are more widely adopted to conduct experiments due to their lower saturation temperature.However,there are still great differences in physical properties between these two materials which may result in that the heat transfer correlations applied to refrigerants are not necessarily effective for water.Therefore,the differences in the distribution ranges of some important dimensionless parameters are compared in the present paper based on 1083 experimental data for water and 1002 experimental data for refrigerants.Then,the accuracy of six existing heat transfer correlations is evaluated when applied to predict the experimental data of water and refrigerants respectively.The results show that all six heat transfer correlations have lower accuracy for water,and the heat transfer coefficients of water are all underestimated.
