摘 要:为同时实现梁柱之间和柱柱之间装配,提出一种适用于多高层钢结构的异形钢管混凝土柱与H型钢梁的全螺栓连接节点。上柱、下柱、L形件与H型钢梁4个模块在工厂制作完成,在施工现场通过螺栓进行装配,可实现梁与柱、柱与柱之间的快速连接。通过改变盖板螺栓数量、加劲肋种类设计了4个节点,对其进行了拟静力试验与有限元分析,获得了节点的滞回曲线、破坏模式、骨架曲线、耗能能力、承载力、延性等性能指标以及螺栓拉力变化规律。研究结果表明:4个节点的滞回曲线均呈梭形,节点的抗震性能与耗能能力较好;全螺栓梁柱节点变形能力强,4个节点的塑性转角均超过0.04 rad;增加盖板螺栓数量可显著提高节点的屈服荷载与极限荷载;设置梁竖向加劲肋可以延缓梁翼缘局部屈曲,降低梁震后修复难度;盖板与梁翼缘之间的滑移实现了摩擦耗能,提高了节点的延性与耗能能力。利用有限元软件进行参数分析,发现盖板厚度与托板厚度在8~20 mm内变化时,节点表现为刚性连接。To realize the assembly between beam and column and the assembly between column and column,a type of bolt-assembled beam-to-column and column-to-column connections for special-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular columns and H-shaped steel beams in a prefabricated multi-story and high-rise steel structure was proposed.Four modules including the upper column,lower column,L-shaped connectors and H-shaped steel beam were fabricated in the factory and assembled on site by bolts.The fast connecting between beam and column,and between column and column were realized.Four joints were fabricated by varying the number of cover bolts and the type of stiffeners.Pseudo-static tests and finite element analysis were performed on the four joints.The hysteretic loops,failure modes,skeleton curves,energy dissipation capacity,load carrying capacity,ductility were obtained,as well as variation of the tensile force in the bolts.The results show that the hysteretic loops of the four connections are shuttle-shaped,indicating that the connections have good seismic performance and energy dissipation capacity.The bolt-assembled connections have excellent deformation capacity,and the plastic rotation angles of the four connections are more than 0.04 rad.The yield load and ultimate load of the connection increase significantly with the number of cover bolts.The vertical stiffener of the beam can prevent local buckling of the beam flange and facilitate the post-earthquake repair.The slipping between the cover plate and the beam flange realizes slip energy dissipation,and increases the ductility and energy dissipation of the connection.The finite element software is used for parametric analysis,which shows that the joints are rigidly connected when the thickness of the cover plate and the thickness of the pallet vary within 8-20 mm.
