摘 要:高强不锈钢绞线网增强工程水泥基复合材料(HSWM/ECC)是将高强不锈钢绞线网(HSWM)置于工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)中形成的一种高性能复合材料。针对HSWM/ECC薄板进行四点弯曲试验,以研究高强不锈钢绞线配筋率及ECC强度对HSWM/ECC薄板受弯性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,HSWM/ECC薄板的受弯承载力随着钢绞线配筋率的增大而增大;ECC强度越高,HSWM/ECC薄板的开裂弯矩、受弯承载力越大。基于力的平衡和平截面假定,提出HSWM/ECC薄板开裂弯矩和受弯承载力的计算模型,并提出HSWM/ECC薄板受弯承载力简化计算式,该简化计算式的计算值和试验结果吻合良好。High-strength stainless steel wire mesh reinforced engineering cementitious composite(HSWM/ECC)is a type of high-performance composite material formed by placing high-strength stainless steel wire mesh(HSMW)into engineering cementitious composites(ECC).Four-point bending tests were conducted on thin HSWM/ECC plates to investigate the effects of the reinforcement ratio and the strength of ECC on the bending performance of HSWM/ECC plates.The test results show that the bending capacity of HSWM/ECC plates increases with the reinforcement ratio of steel wires.The cracking moment and the flexural capacity of the plates increase with the strengths of ECC.Based on the force equilibrium and the plane section assumption,the calculation models of the cracking moment and flexural capacity of HSWM/ECC plates were proposed.The model of the flexural capacity of HSWM/ECC plates was then simplified.The prediction of the simplified method agrees well with the test result.
