摘 要:为研究腹板开矩形孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢轴压柱畸变屈曲性能和承载力设计方法,对不同开孔尺寸、不同截面的冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢柱进行了轴压承载力试验。试验结果表明由于试件宽厚比较大,易发生畸变屈曲或局部与畸变相关屈曲;与未开孔试件相比,开孔试件的承载力有所降低,且随着开孔尺寸的增大而逐渐降低。采用ABAQUS有限元程序对试件进行了有限元分析,分析结果与试验结果吻合良好。表明采用有限元分析此类开孔构件是准确和可行的。进而对腹板开矩形孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢柱的弹性畸变屈曲性能进行有限元分析,在此基础上给出腹板开单矩形孔和开多矩形孔时的畸变屈曲(部分加劲板件)系数的折减公式。最后,基于腹板开矩形孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢轴压柱的试验和有限元分析给出其承载力建议计算方法,对比结果表明采用建议方法计算此类构件畸变屈曲承载力是精确和可行的。In order to study the distortional buckling behavior and load-carrying capacity design method of cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel columns with rectangular web openings,the cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel columns with different sizes of rectangular openings and sections were carried out under axial compression.The test results show that the specimens were controlled by distortional buckling or interaction of local buckling and distortional buckling because these specimens had large width-to-thickness ratio.The load-carrying capacities of specimens with rectangular opennings were lower than that of specimens without opennings.The load-carrying capacities of specimen decrease gradually with the increas of dimensions of opennings.The finite element program ABAQUS was used to simulate the specimen and the simulation results of load-carrying capacities and buckling modes were in good agreement with the test results which shows that the finite element model was accurate and feasible.Then,the proved finite element model was used to further analyze the distortional buckling behavior of the columns with rectangular opennings.Based on finite element analysis,the reduction formulas of the distortional buckling coefficient(partial stiffener plate)was presented for the cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel columns with single rectangular openning and multiple rectangular opennings.Finally,the load-carrying capacity design method of distortional buckling was proposed for the cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel columns with rectangular opennings based on the experiment and finite element analysis.The comparison of load-carrying capacities of the cold-formed thin-walled steel lipped channel columns with rectangular opennings between predicted results and test and finite element analysis results shows that the proposed design method is accurate and feasible.
