摘  要:链式STATCOM最常用的调制方法是载波移相调制,其开关频率与调制效果密切相关,影响着系统各项指标。将研究开关频率与系统指标之间的关系,通过输出电压变化规律、损耗曲线、系统传递函数得到开关频率与模块数、开关损耗以及系统稳定性之间的数学关系,定量分析开关频率对系统各指标的影响并得出最优开关频率,最后通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真进行验证,验证分析结果的正确性。The most commonly used modulation method of cascaded STATCOM is carrier phase shift modulation.Its switching frequency is closely related to the modulation effect and affects various indexes of the system.This paper will study the relationship between switching frequency and system indicators,obtain the mathematical relationship between switching frequency and the number of modules,switching loss and system stability through the variation law of output voltage,loss curve and system transfer function,and then quantitatively analyze the influence of switching frequency on system indicators,so as to obtain the optimal switching frequency.Finally,the correctness of the analysis results is verified through Matlab/Simulink simulation.
