摘  要:随着新时代陆军装备信息化建设的深度发展,我军新型陆军装备对装备保障的需求显著提升,也对陆军装备保障业务建设和发展提出了更高的要求。为有效提升陆军装备保障能力,优化装备保障业务发展路径,首先运用SWOT分析现阶段影响陆军装备保障业务发展的制约因素,建立基于“优势、劣势、机会和威胁”四个方面的SWOT分析矩阵;其次,结合定量的AHP模型对各个因素分析、量化、排序,进而构造SWOT战略强度坐标系,确定WO进取型战略,提出在政策、资金、人才、技术4个方面的发展对策,为新体制下装备保障业务发展规划的制定提供参考。With the in-depth development of the informationization construction of army equipment in the new era,the demand for equipment support of new army equipment of our army has been significantly increased,and higher requirements have been put forward for the construction and development of army equipment support business.In order to effectively improve the army's equipment support capability and optimize the development path of equipment support business,SWOT is firstly used to analyze the constraints affecting the development of the army's equipment support business at the present stage,and a SWOT analysis matrix is established based on the four aspects of"strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats".Secondly,combining with the quantitative AHP model,the factors are analyzed,quantified and ranked,and then the SWOT strategic strength coordinate system is constructed to determine the WO aggressive strategy,and the development countermeasures in policy,capital,talent and technology are proposed to provide reference for the development planning of equipment support business under the new system.
