摘 要:为了使基极调幅电路输出直观形象,基于LTspice软件对其进行可视化仿真分析。通过合理设置电路参数,仿真高频谐振功率放大器的3种工作状态和基极调幅特性曲线,并分析了特性曲线的影响因素以及实现调制功能的特性曲线的线性范围;结合基极调幅仿真电路分析了节点电压、电流波形和影响输出调幅信号的因素及原因。虚拟仿真可以形象、直观地展示原理,增强对调幅信号及信号失真的感性认识和电路性能的参数调试方法,加深了对基本原理的理解。The visual simulation of the base Amplitude Modulation(AM) circuit is analyzed by using LTspice software.The three working states of the class C power amplifier are simulated by setting circuit parameters reasonably.The base amplitude modulation characteristic curve is realized through the collector current simulation of three working states,and the influencing factors of the characteristic curve are analyzed,as well as the linear range of the characteristic curve to realize the modulation function.The base amplitude modulation circuit is simulated and the node voltage and current waveform are analyzed.The affected factors of the output AM signal and the reasons are analyzed.Through the simulation experiment,the simulation results of the circuit can be presented visually,the perceptual knowledge of amplitude modulation signal and signal distortion and the parameter debugging method of circuit performance can be enhanced,and the understanding of the basic principle of the base amplitude modulation circuit can be deepened.
