摘 要:为了解决现代电子工程应用中带有CAN(Controller Area Network)接口和RS232接口的列车车载设备与多功能车辆总线MVB(Multifunction Vehicle Bus)网络的互联、互通问题,设计了一种基于自主化核心控制芯片的多功能车辆总线通信网关。该网关从硬件模块和软件模块两部分进行设计,硬件部分主要包括主处理器及网关应用设备选型、网关架构的搭建及硬件系统开发,软件部分主要包括RS232串口/CAN通信机制、MVB芯片及接口驱动程序设计、自定义通信协议、总线协议转换等。搭建通信网关测试平台,对MVB网络与其他两种网络间数据转换过程进行监测和验证。实验结果表明,该通信网关能够实现CAN、UART两种总线与多功能车辆总线之间的通信,完成了MVB总线和CAN/UART总线之间通信的协议转换。和普通MVB网关相比,该网关性能更加稳定良好,数据传输的准确性更高,且集MVB、CAN、UART 3种网络为一体的组网设计成果推进了国内MVB通信网关的研究进程。In order to solve the problem of interconnection and intercommunication between train borne equipment with CAN(Controller Area Network)interface and RS232 interface and Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB)network in modern electronic engineering application,a multifunctional vehicle bus communication gateway based on autonomous core control chip is designed.The gateway is designed from hardware module and software module.The hardware part mainly includes the selection of main processor and gateway application equipment,the construction of gateway architecture and the development of hardware system.The software part mainly includes RS232 serial/CAN communication mechanism,MVB chip and interface driver design,custom communication protocol,bus protocol conversion and so on.The communication gateway test platform is built to monitor and verify the data conversion process between MVB network and other two networks.The experimental results show that the communication gateway can realize the communication between CAN bus and UART bus and multi-functional vehicle bus,and complete the protocol conversion between MVB bus and can/UART bus.Compared with ordinary MVB gateway,this gateway has more stable performance and higher accuracy of data transmission,and the networking design achievements of MVB,CAN and UART networks promote the research process of domestic MVB communication gateway.
