摘  要:针对煤矿井下低压馈电开关保护器的整体性能不高、可靠性和准确性易受到井下复杂环境的影响、可扩展性不强等特点,设计一种集继电保护、综合测控、数据通信功能为一体的综合保护器。该保护器以双STM32芯片为控制核心,采用抗干扰硬件设计,移植μC/OS-Ⅲ实时多任务操作系统,提高了系统的实时性和可靠性。通过DMA方式实时采集模拟量数据,采用DFT算法计算各模拟量参数,确保数据测量的实时性和精确性。通过实验数据和实时运行结果表明,该保护器具备精度高、实时性强、可靠性高、可扩展性好的特点,能大大提升供电系统的稳定性,确保煤矿作业的安全性。In view of the low-voltage feed switch protector’s overall performance is not high,the reliability and accuracy are easily affected by the complex underground environment,and the scalability is not strong. A comprehensive protector integrating relay protection,comprehensive measurement and control,data communication functions is designed. The protector takes dual STM32 chip as the control core,adopts anti-interference hardware design,and transplants μC/OS-Ⅲ real-time multi task operating system to improve the real-time performance and reliability of the system. The real-time acquisition of analog data by DMA mode and the calculation of analog parameters by DFT algorithm ensure the real-time and accuracy of data measurement. The experimental data and real-time operation show that the protector has the characteristics of high precision,strong real-time,high reliability and good scalability,which can greatly improve the stability of power supply system and ensure the safety of coal mine operation.
