摘　　要：目的了解2020年我国医院电子病历系统建设情况,为后续建设提供参考。方法依托《电子病历系统应用水平分级评价标准(试行)》,对2020年参与电子病历分级评价的9554家二级及以上医院电子病历系统建设情况进行统计分析。结果9554家医院分布于全国31个省(自治区、直辖市),整体参评率为26.90%。2020年全国医院电子病历系统应用水平平均评级达2.43级,二、三级医院之间差距较大。结论我国医院电子病历系统建设存在系统集成度不够、数据质量不高、信息安全隐患多等问题。医院需明确建设目标,加强内部协调与配合,并重视基础安全,以规范化的电子病历系统建设助推高质量发展。Objective To investigate the construction of electronic medical record system in hospitals in China in 2020,and to provide reference for the construction of electronic medical record system.Methods Based on the Hierarchical Evaluation Standard for Application Level of Electronic Medical Record System(preliminary edition),the construction of electronic medical record system in 9554 secondary and above hospitals participating in hierarchical evaluation of electronic medical record system in 2020 was statistically analyzed.Results 9554 hospitals were distributed in 31 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions),and the overall evaluation rate was 26.90%.In 2020,the average rating of the application level of electronic medical record system in hospitals in China reached 2.43,and there was a large gap between secondary and tertiary hospitals.Conclusion There are some problems in the construction of hospital electronic medical record system in China,such as insufficient system integration,low data quality and many hidden dangers of information security.Hospitals need to clarify the construction objectives,strengthen internal coordination and cooperation,and pay attention to basic security,to promote high-quality development by the construction of standardized electronic medical record system.
