摘　　要：文章从医院创建历程、党务体系、人民军医、学科发展、科技氛围、医德医风等方面阐明党建工作对医院高质量发展的重要作用。认为坚持党的领导是军队医院建设发展的根基,探索集团化模式军队医院党建理念、模式、运行机制等是未来的探索方向。This paper expounds the important role of hospital Party construction in the high-quality development of the hospital from the aspects of hospital establishment process,party affairs system,people's army doctor,discipline development,scientific and technological atmosphere,medical ethics and medical style.Adhering to the leadership of the Party is the foundation of the construction and development of military hospitals,and exploring the idea,running Management Mechanism of Party construction in military hospital under the group management Patterns is the direction of future exploration.
