摘　　要：深入分析跨国公司在华研发投资对我国科技人才开发的影响,对准确把握新时代人才工作新形势新规律、充分发挥人才第一资源作用具有重要意义。文章分析了近年来跨国企业在华研发投资特点、人员规模及分布情况,剖析跨国公司在华研发活动的人才开发路径,从多个角度对跨国公司在华研发对我国科技人才开发的作用和影响进行分析,并在此基础上提出若干政策建议。An in-depth analysis of the influence of multinational corporations’R&D investment on the development of scientific and technological talents in China is of great significance to accurately grasp the new situation and new laws of talents work in the new era and give full play to the role of talents as the first resource.This paper analyzes the characteristics of R&D investment,personnel scale and distribution of multinational corporations in China in recent years,the talent development path of multinational corporations’R&D activities in China,and the influence of it on the development of scientific and technological talents in China from many angles.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of scientific and technological talents in China.
