摘  要:工业生产过程中会产生大量的废碱液,其水质成分复杂难以用常规生物处理技术进行处理,含有高质量浓度硫的废碱液就会给后续处理工艺带来一系列问题。为减轻后续处理工艺的负荷,采用生物强化技术直接处理不经任何预处理的废碱液,生化分解废水中的硫化物,考察菌种启动、菌种活性,高pH值、高质量浓度溶解性固体对硫化物去除率的影响。结果表明:采用KMM生物强化菌种,可以直接处理DCC和DMTO混合废碱液,菌种活性较高,硫化物去除率最高可达99%以上。硫酸根与硫代硫酸根的质量浓度比可以提高15倍,能够达到降低硫代硫酸根质量浓度的效果,为后续工艺提供水质保证,同时可以降低化学需氧量负荷,为高质量浓度废碱液的预处理技术提供新的工艺思路和解决方法。Lots of waste alkali will be produced in the process of industrial production,which was difficult to be treated by conventional biological treatment technology because of composition.A series of problems were produced in the subsequent treatment process with high mass concentration of sulfur.To reduce the load of the subsequent treatment process,the waste alkali was treated by bio-enhancement technology without any pre-treatment.The sulfides in the wastewater were biochemically decomposed.The effects of strain initiation,strain activity,high pH value and high mass concentration of dissolved solids on the removal rate of sulfide were investigated.The results show that DCC and DMTO mixed waste alkali can be directly treated by KMM bio-enhanced strains,the sulfide removal rate is over 99%.The mass concentration ratio of sulfate group to thiosulfate group can increase by 15 times,which can reduce the mass concentration of thiosulfate group.Water quality assurance was provided for the subsequent process.Meanwhile,the load of COD was reduced.A new process idea and solution for the pretreatment technology of high quality concentration waste alkali solution was put forward.
