摘 要:简述了焦炉煤气综合利用现状及我国在研究、高效利用方面存在的问题,介绍了焦炉煤气制H_(2)、制CNG、制H_(2)联产CNG、制LNG、制LNG联产H_(2)等工艺。以50000 m^(3)/h焦炉煤气处理量为例,计算了主要物料数据、公用工程消耗及成本效益,无甲烷化工艺产氢量较高,有甲烷化的工艺产氢量较少;有深冷液化、甲烷化的工艺能耗较高,只产H_(2)工艺能耗较低;只产H_(2)工艺效益较好,其次为产品含H_(2)工艺,最差为只产天然气的工艺。电费及原料费用在成本中占比高达78%—96%,对成本效益有较大影响,需重点关注电价及原料价格。The comprehensive utilization status of coke oven gas and the problems existing in research and efficient utilization in China were briefly introduced.Coke oven gas to H_(2),coke oven gas to CNG,coke oven gas to H_(2)with CNG,coke oven gas to LNG,coke oven gas to LNG with H_(2)and other processes were introduced.Taking the capacity of 50000 m^(3)/h coke oven gas as an example,the main material data,utility consumption and cost-benefit were calculated.H_(2)product of COG to H_(2)process without methanation is higher,and H_(2)product of COG to H_(2)process with methanation is lower.The process with cryogenic liquefaction and methanation has higher utility consumption,while the process with only H_(2)product has lower utility consumption.The cost-benefit of the process with only H_(2)product is relatively better.The second is the process with H_(2)and natural gas product,and the worst is the process with only natural gas product.The cost of electricity and feedgas in the total cost is as high as 78%-96%,which has a great impact on the cost-benefit.Consequently,the price of electricity and feedgas should be focused on.
