摘　　要：粮食产业高质量发展的重要途径是“三链协同”,即延伸粮食产业链、提升价值链和升级供应链,而三链之中的核心是提升粮食价值链。“熊彼特创新理论”重点强调了技术创新对经济发展的促进作用,而种为粮首,粮为农首,种业科技创新自然是粮食技术方面的重中之重。文章以“熊彼特创新理论”“种业科技创新理论”为基础,论述了种业科技创新提升粮食产业价值链的途径以及重要意义。The important way of high quality development of grain industry is"three-chain coordination",that is to extend the grain industry chain,upgrade the value chain and upgrade the supply chain,and the core of the three chains is to upgrade the food value chain.Schumpeter's innovation Theory emphasizes the role of technological innovation in promoting economic development.As planting is the first grain,grain is the first agricultural product,technological innovation of seed industry is naturally the most important in grain technology.Based on Schumpeter's innovation theory and seed industry science and technology innovation theory,this paper discusses the ways and significance of seed industry science and technology innovation to enhance grain industry value chain.
