摘 要:大豆作为中国重要农产品,国内供给率仅15%左右,高度依赖于进口且来源国集中在少数几个国家,使国内大豆产业受到极大的影响。此外,中国对大豆产业的支持政策不够完善,加之研发投入未落到实处,使大豆比较效益低下。文章提出减少大豆餐桌浪费,增加大豆储备库数量以及质量;在供给端增加大豆比较效益,做到“产学研一体化”,切实增加大豆供给;在进口路线方面应转向“一带一路”沿线国家,争取国际定价权从而减少大豆成本波动等建议。As an important agricultural product in China,the domestic supply rate of soybean is only about 15%,which is highly dependent on imports,and the source countries are concentrated in a few countries,which has a great impact on China's soybean industry.In addition,China's support policies for the soybean industry are not perfect,and the R&D investment is not implemented,which makes the comparative benefit of China's soybean low.This paper proposes to reduce soybean table waste and increase the quantity and quality of soybean reserve;At the supply side,we should increase the comparative benefits of soybeans,achieve the"integration of production,study and research",and effectively increase the supply of soybeans;In the import line one should turn to countries along the"Belt and Road",and strive for international pricing power,so as to reduce soybean cost fluctuation and so on.
