摘　　要：通过对健康医疗大数据的深入分析,可支撑和促进精准医疗在疾病预防、诊断、治疗和健康管理等方面的应用。从多源数据采集、临床专病数据标注、多源异构数据融合、组学数据存储与处理、多维度健康医疗数据同时分析、可解释性和可视化等方面对精准医疗领域大数据分析目前面临的挑战进行探讨,其研究结果可为明确精准医疗领域大数据分析所面临的问题、影响精准医疗进一步推广应用的关键技术以及未来研究方向等提供信息参考。Through in-depth analysis of health and medical big data,the application of precision medicine can be supported and promoted in disease prevention,diagnosis,treatment and health management. From the aspects of multi-source data collection, clinical special disease data annotation, multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,omics data storage and processing,multi-dimensional health and medical data simultaneous analysis,interpretability,and visualization,the present study analyzed and discussed the existing challenges faced by big data analysis in the field of precision medicine. The findings may provide information references for clarifying the issues existed in big data analysis in the field of precision medicine,the key technologies that affect the further application of precision medicine,and future research directions.
