摘　　要：分析了当前中国老年群体数字生活现状,基于社会支持理论视角,从政府、社区、企业、家庭和个人这5个层面分析老年人数字鸿沟的形成因素。同时,从政府、社区、企业、家庭和个人等正式支持与非正式支持2个方面提出弥合路径,即培育"年龄友好"的社会氛围、整合社区资源、开发适老化产品、在家庭内部进行数字反哺以及发挥老年人学习的主观能动性等对策建议。The current situation of digital life of the elderly was analyzed in China,and the perspective of social support theory was based on,the formation factors of the digital gap of the elderly was analyzed from the five levels of government,community,enterprise,family and individual. At the same time,the bridging path was put forward from the government,community,enterprises,families and individuals,such as formal support and informal support,that was to cultivate“age-friendly”social atmosphere,integrate community resources,develop aging products,carry out digital feedback within the family,and give play to the subjective initiative of the elderly learning.
