摘  要:为深入了解盐胁迫下丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum)矿质元素吸收的影响,探究AMF对蒲公英耐盐性的效应,并为改良盐碱化农林及城市用地提供新思路,在盆栽条件下,对蒲公英接种摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae),并用不同浓度(0、100、200、300、400 mmol/L)的NaCl溶液进行处理,利用ICP-AES法测定了植株地上部K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn的含量。结果表明,接种处理60 d时AMF与蒲公英形成了明显的共生结构,盐胁迫后AMF在蒲公英根系的侵染率达到了54.2%~71.3%;与不接种相比,接种摩西斗管囊霉提高了各NaCl浓度下蒲公英地上部的Mg、Cu、Zn的含量,且在100、400 mmol/L NaCl浓度下使Mg含量分别显著提高了14.31%、33.22%,在0、200、300 mmol/L NaCl浓度下使Cu含量分别显著提高了22.33%、43.99%、28.48%,在200、300、400 mmol/L NaCl浓度下使Zn含量分别显著提高了22.38%、27.55%、21.04%;同时,接种处理增加了在0、100 mmol/L NaCl浓度下的K含量以及在100、200、300 mmol/L NaCl浓度下的Fe含量,接种处理减少了一定浓度范围内(0、200、300 mmol/L)植株对Ca的吸收量,对Mn含量没有显著影响。AMF能够不同程度地改善蒲公英的营养吸收状况,提高蒲公英耐盐性。To further understand effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)on absorption of mineral elements of Taraxacum mongolicum under salt stress,explore effect of AMF on the salt tolerance of Taraxacum mongolicum,and provide a new idea for improving saline-alkali land used for agricultural and forestry production and urban greening,a pot experiment was conducted to determine the contents of K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn in shoots of Taraxacum mongolicum by ICP-AES.Materials of Taraxacum mongolicum in the experiment werer inoculated with Funneliformis mosseae and treated with different concentrations of NaCl solution(0,100,200,300,400 mmol/L).The results showed that AMF and Taraxacum mongolicum formed an obvious symbiotic structure at60 th day after inoculation,and colonization rate of AMF in Taraxacum mongolicum roots reached 54.2%-71.3%after salt stress.Compared with the treatments with no inoculation,inoculation with Funneliformis mosseae increased the contents of Mg,Cu,and Zn in the shoots of Taraxacum mongolicum at the various NaCl concentrations(0,100,200,300,400 mmol/L).At 100,400 mmol/L of NaCl concentrations,the contents of Mg increased significantly by 14.31%and 33.22%,respectively,at 0,200,300 mmol/L of Na Cl concentrations,the contents of Cu increased significantly by 22.33%,43.99%and 28.48%,respectively,and at 200,300,400 mmol/L of NaCl concentrations,the contents of Zn increased significantly by 22.38%,27.55%and 21.04%,respectively.At the same time,inoculation increased the K contents at 0,100 mmol/L of NaCl concentrations and the Fe contents at 100,200,300 mmol/L of Na Cl concentrations.Inoculation reduced uptake of Ca of plants within a certain concentration range(0,200,300 mmol/L),but had no significant effect on Mn content.AMF could improve nutrient absorption of Taraxacum mongolicum to different degrees and improve salt tolerance of Taraxacum mongolicum.
