摘　　要：噻虫胺是新烟碱类杀虫剂,可用于防治蚜虫、蓟马、飞虱等半翅目、双翅目和某些鳞翅目害虫,该药剂既可用于茎叶喷雾处理,也可用于土壤处理。为测定噻虫胺药剂通过种子处理对花生田蛴螬的防治效果,筛选适宜药剂种子处理用量,使用48%噻虫胺SC分别以1、2、4、8、12 mL/kg种子的用量对花生种子进行拌种处理,以60%吡虫啉FS 3 mL/kg种子和30%毒死蜱CS 20 mL/kg种子拌种处理作为对照,采用大田种植小区试验,在花生荚果膨大期使用不同处理的花生植株室内饲喂蛴螬,并在花生收获期调查各小区花生果的危害情况及其防治效果。结果表明,48%噻虫胺SC以8、12 mL/kg种子处理对室内2龄蛴螬幼虫的防治效果分别为77.14%和91.94%,显著优于对照药剂处理;分析花生收获期虫情指数发现,48%噻虫胺SC以8、12 mL/kg种子处理对花生田蛴螬的防治效果分别为90.38%和95.07%,显著优于对照药剂处理。48%噻虫胺SC以8、12 mL/kg种子剂量拌种,对花生田蛴螬具有较好的防治效果,显著优于60%吡虫啉FS和30%毒死蜱CS对照药剂。Clothianidin is one of neonicotinoid insecticides,which can be used to control Hemiptera including aphid,thrips,and plant hopper,,Dipteraand,and some Lepidoptera pests.This insecticide can be sprayed on the stems and leaves or mixed in soil to control pests.This study focused on the control efficiency of clothianidin on grubs in the peanut field by seed treatment and screening appropriate dosage of clothianidin to treat seed.To evaluate its control efficiency,peanut seeds were treated by 48%clothianidin SC according to the dosage of 1,2,4,8,12 mL per kilogram of seeds,the control was the seed treatments of 60%imidacloprid FS with the dosage of 3 m L per kilogram of seeds,and 30%chlorpyrifos CS with the dosage of 20 mL per kilogram of seeds.The experiment was done in field plots.Grubs were fed with peanut plants of different treatments in laboratory during the peanut expansion period,and damage of peanut was investigated and contol efficiency was determined during the peanut harvest period.The results showed that the control efficiencies of 48%clothianidin SC with the dosages of 8,12 mL/kg seed treatments against second instar larvae of grubs in laboratory were respectively 77.14%and 91.94%,which were significantly higher than those of the controls.By analysis of pest indexes during the peanut harvest period,the control efficiencies of 48%clothianidin SC with the dosages of 8,12 mL/kg seed treatments against grubs in peanut field were respectively 90.38%and 95.07%,which were significantly higher than those of the controls.By comprehensive evaluation,48%clothianidin SC with the dosages of 8,12 mL/kg seed treatments possessed excellent control efficiencies against grubs in peanut field,significantly better than those of 60%imidacloprid FS and 30%chlorpyrifos CS.
