摘  要:为寻找有效提高草莓白粉病防效的药剂组合,采用孢子萌发法测定了Streptomyces parvus33菌株发酵液干燥物对草莓白粉菌孢子的室内毒力,药剂终质量浓度为25、50、100、200、400μg/mL,以苯醚甲环唑作为阳性对照,计算药剂对病菌孢子萌发的抑制率。按照GB/T 17980.119—2004杀菌剂防治草莓白粉病方法进行Streptomyces parvus 33发酵液与吡唑醚菌酯或吡唑萘菌胺复配物的田间试验,试验共设7个处理,即Streptomyces parvus 33发酵干燥物原始浓度;25%吡唑醚菌酯;30%吡唑萘菌胺;30%发酵液干燥物+吡唑醚菌酯混合物(20%+10%);40%发酵液干燥物+吡唑醚菌酯混合物(20%+20%);20%发酵液干燥物+吡唑萘菌胺混合物(10%+10%);15%发酵液干燥物+吡唑萘菌胺混合物(5%+10%),同时以清水为对照。采用常规的喷雾措施,均匀喷洒在草莓的整个植株全株,第1次施药选择在草莓白粉病发病初级阶段,14 d后进行第2次用药,共施药2次。结果表明,Streptomyces parvus 33菌株发酵液干燥物对草莓白粉病菌分生孢子萌发具有明显的抑制作用。大棚药效试验结果表明,Streptomyces parvus 33发酵液干燥物与吡唑醚菌酯、吡唑萘菌胺中的组合制剂施用对田间草莓白粉病的防治效果较单纯使用一种药剂明显提升。To find combination of medicament efficiently improving control efficiency of strawberry powdery mildew,by spore germination,the indoor toxicity of the dry substance of fermentation broth of Streptomyces parvus 33 to spore of Sphaerotheca macularis was determined,and the final concentrations of medicament were respectively 25,50,100,200,400μg/mL.Taking Difenoconazole as positive control,the inhibition rates of spore germination of Sphaerotheca macularis were calculated.According to the GB/T 17980.119-2004 methods of fungicides controlling powdery mildew of strawberry,field test of control efficiency of compound of Streptomyces parvus 33 fermentation broth and pyraclostrobin or isopyrazam was conducted.Seven treatments were set up in the test:original concentrate of dry substance of fermentation broth of Streptomyces parvus 33;25%of pyraclostrobin;30%of isopyrazam;30%of compound(dry substance of fermentation broth+pyraclostrobin:20%+10%);40%of compound(dry substance of fermentation broth+pyraclostrobin:20%+20%);20%of compound(dry substance of fermentation broth+isopyrazam:10%+10%);15%of compound(dry substance of fermentation broth+isopyrazam:10%+5%);water was used as control.The whole plants of strawberry were evenly sprayed by regular spraying measures.The first application was at the primary stage of strawberry powdery mildew,and the second application was carried out 14 d later.The results showed that the dry substance of fermentation broth of Streptomyces parvus 33 inhibited the spore germination of Sphaerotheca macularis obviously.The results of field test showed that the control efficiency of the compound of dry substance of fermentation broth of Streptomyces parvus 33 and fungicides was obviously higher than that of treatments with one single medicament.
