摘　　要：外泌体是一种由多种细胞分泌的直径为40~100 nm的细胞外囊泡,参与细胞间的信息传递,在卵母细胞生长发育以及胚胎发育等方面起到非常重要的作用。本文介绍了外泌体组成、提取、鉴定和功能,并对外泌体在调控卵母细胞发育与胚胎发育中的作用进行阐述,以期为外泌体的进一步研究提供参考依据。Exosomes are extracellular vesicles with a diameter of 40~100 nm secreted by a variety of cells.They participate in information transmission between cells and play very important roles in the growth and development of oocytes and embryonic development.This paper introduces the composition,extraction,identification and function of exosomes,and explains the role of exosomes in regulating oocyte development and embryonic development,so as to provide a reference for further research on exosomes.
