摘  要:本实验旨在探究中国荷斯坦牛有无副乳头对产奶性能和血常规指标的影响。随机采集北京郊区某牛场218头荷斯坦牛(含20头副乳头牛)尾静脉血并检测血常规,同时收集研究群体当月奶牛生产性能测定(Dairy Herd Improvement,DHI)数据,使用SAS软件广义线性模型比较有无副乳头牛产奶性能及血常规指标间的差异。结果表明:副乳头牛在日产奶量、前奶量、高峰奶及血常规指标中的白细胞数、淋巴细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞绝对值均显著低于无副乳头牛。结果提示,副乳头会影响中国荷斯坦牛部分产奶性能和免疫细胞组成,进而对牧场经济效益造成负面影响。This study aimed to investigate the effect of supernumerary teats(SNT)on the milk performance and blood routine in Chinese Holsteins.The tail veins of 218 Chinese Holsteins(including 20 cows with supernumerary teats)were sampled for blood routine test,meanwhile,the Dairy Herd Improvement(DHI)data of our population were collected.These data were used to compare the milk production performance and blood routine between SNT and non-SNT cows by generalized linear model in SAS.The results showed that there were significant differences in milk production performance(daily milk yield,previous milk yield,and peak milk yield)and blood routine(white blood cells,total lymphocytes,and neutrophils)between SNT cattle and non-SNT cattle(P<0.05).These traits of SNT cattle were significantly lower than that of non-SNT cattle,but they almost were in the normal range.These results indicated that SNT had negative impacts on milk production performance and immune cells in dairy cows,which led economic losses in dairy farms.
