摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同光照制度对奶牛褪黑素分泌的影响,选用10头胎次、泌乳阶段相近(120±40)d的荷斯坦奶牛,分别采用16 h光照8 h黑暗、8 h光照16 h黑暗2种光照制度对其实行光控管理,于试验处理前2 d和试验第1、6、11、16、21、26、31天采集23:00血样和05:00、17:00奶样,其中05:00奶样和17:00奶样分别定义为夜奶和日奶。结果显示:每天16 h光照处理对奶牛血清褪黑素浓度没有显著影响,日奶中褪黑素浓度显著降低,夜奶褪黑素浓度变化不明显;每天16 h黑暗处理使奶牛血清褪黑素浓度有上升趋势,日奶和夜奶褪黑素浓度都在第16天以后降低,夜奶褪黑素浓度降低较显著。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different light systems on the secretion of melatonin in dairy cows.10 Holstein dairy cows with same lactation stage(120±40 days)and parity were selected.Light control was carried out under two light systems:16 h light 8 h darkness and 8 h light 16 h darkness,respectively.23:00 blood samples,05:00 milk samples and 17:00 milk samples were collected on two days before the treatment and 1,6,11,16,21,26 and 31.And 05:00 milk samples and 17:00 milk samples are defined as night milk and day milk respectively.The results showed that 16 h light treatment had no significant effect on the serum melatonin concentration of dairy cows,and the melatonin concentration in day milk was significantly decreased,but the melatonin concentration in night milk was not significantly changed.After 16 h darkness treatment,the serum melatonin concentration of dairy cows has a trend of increasing in all test time,the melatonin concentration in day milk and night milk decreased after 16 days and the melatonin concentration in night milk decreased significantly.
