摘  要:试验旨在对比花生秧和麦秸2种粗饲料对荷斯坦奶牛瘤胃降解率及营养物质消化率的影响。采用尼龙袋试验和消化代谢试验相结合的方法测定花生秧和麦秸的瘤胃降解率以及营养物质消化率。尼龙袋试验选用3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的荷斯坦奶牛,饲喂相同的全混合日粮(TMR),预试期14 d,正试期8 d。消化代谢试验选用出生日龄和体重相近的18头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复3头牛,分别以花生秧(50%)和麦秸(40%)作为粗饲料饲喂奶牛,预试期14 d,正试期4 d。结果表明:花生秧中粗蛋白质(CP)含量高于麦秸,而麦秸的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量高于花生秧;花生秧的干物质(DM)、CP和ADF有效降解率高于麦秸(P<0.01),NDF有效降解率高于麦秸(P<0.05);花生秧日粮中的有机质(OM)、CP、NDF、ADF和钙的表观消化率高于麦秸日粮(P<0.01),磷的表观消化率高于麦秸日粮(P<0.05)。综上所述,花生秧的营养价值优于麦秸,日粮利用率较高,是良好的粗饲料资源。This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of peanut vine and wheat straw on the rumen degradation rate and nutrient digestibility of Holstein dairy cows.A combination of nylon bag test and digestion and metabolism test was used to determine the rumen degradation rate and nutrient digestibility of peanut vine and wheat straw.In the nylon bag test,3 Holstein cows equipped with permanent rumen cannula were used and fed the same total mixed ration(TMR).The trial lasted for 14 d,the formal experiment lasted for 8 d.For the digestion and metabolism test,18 Holstein cows with similar birth age and weight were selected and divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates and 3 cows each replicate.They were fed rations containing peanutvine(50%)and wheat straw(40%)as coarse fodder.The trial period was 14 d and the formal experiment period was 4 d.The results showed that the content of crude protein(CP)in peanut vine was higher than that of wheat straw,and the content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of wheat straw was higher than that of peanut vine;The effective degradation rate of dry matter(DM),CP and ADF of peanut vine was higher than that of wheat straw(P<0.01),and the effective degradation rate of NDF was higher than that of wheat straw(P<0.05);The apparent digestibility of organic matter(OM),CP,NDF,ADF and calcium in the peanut vine diet was higher than that of the wheat straw diet(P<0.01),and phosphorus was higher than that of the wheat straw diet(P<0.05).In summary,the nutritional value of peanut vine is better than that of wheat straw,and the ration utilization rate is higher,which is a good roughage resource.
