苗药叶上花茎和根的显微鉴别

摘　　要：为探明叶上花茎和根的显微结构,本研究通过文献查阅及原植物形态特征的观察和比对,进一步细化对其植物形态等外观特征的描述,以期为叶上花种源鉴定奠定基础;通过石蜡切片及粉末鉴别对叶上花的嫩茎、侧根和粉末进行制片,观察其显微结构。结果表明,叶上花茎的皮层较薄,薄壁细胞较发达,薄壁细胞中含内含物,木质化现象较高;叶上花根的射线明显,木质部较发达;粉末特征可见导管多为具缘网纹型,含草酸钙方晶、薄壁细胞内含棕色物质、树脂道和木栓细胞等组织的形态。花茎和根的显微鉴定为苗族用药叶上花的生药学鉴定提供一定基础和参考。To ascertain the microstructure of the stem and root of Helwingia japonica,the morphological characteristics of the original plants were observed and compared by referring to literatures.The description of the plant morphology and other appearance characteristics was further refined,so as to lay a foundation for the identification of the seed source of Helwingia japonica.The technology of the paraffin wax slice and powder identification were used to make slices of their tender stems,and lateral roots to observe its microstructure.Finally,the microstructure result shows that the cortex of the stems of the Helwingia japonica stems is thin,and their parenchyma cells are developed,containing inclusions in the cell,lignification degree is high.The radix of root of Helwingia japonica is apparent and its xylem is developed.Rimmed reticulated vessels in a stem,calcium oxalate square crystal,parenchymal cells containing brown material,and the resin canal and cork cell tissues morphology are observed by the powder identification.The foundation and reference for further pharmacognosy identification of Miao medicine Helwingia japonica are provided by the analyzing the microstructure of the stems and roots of Helwingia japonica.
