摘　　要：小反刍兽疫(PPR)是由小反刍兽疫病毒(PPRV)引起的一种接触性的病毒性传染病是我国农业农村部规定的、已被列入世界卫生组织的Ⅰ类动物疫病之一,主要宿主是绵羊和山羊。小反刍兽疫在世界范围内广泛传播,危害严重,其发病率高达1 00%,并且病死率占90%~100%,其对养殖业的发展造成严重的经济损失。目前,PPRV有两种已知的细胞受体,即淋巴细胞信号活化分子(SLAM)和脊髓灰质炎病毒受体4(Nectin-4),为防止PPRV在全世界范围内传播,研究人员需要深入了解病毒与宿主受体的相互作用关系,而PPRV受体及其诱导免疫抑制的机制研究是控制PPR的关键。因此本文针对PPRV细胞受体与病毒宿主的相互作用以及与麻疹病毒相关的其他病毒诱导的免疫抑制等问题进行阐述。Peste des petits ruminants(PPR) is a contagious viral infectious disease caused by the peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV),It is regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and has been listed as one of the class I animal diseases of the World Health Organization.It primarily affects sheep and goats.PPRV is widely spread across the world and it is serious harm.The morbidity rate may reach up to 100%,and the mortality rate is 90%~100%,Therefore,it causes serious economic losses to the development of breeding industry.Presently,two cellular receptors:signaling lymphocyte activation molecule(SLAM)and Nectin-4 are known for PPRV.The interaction between the virus and host through cellular receptors needs to be understood clearly to prevent its rapid spread across the world.Hence,PPRV receptors and the mechanism involved in the induction of immunosuppression is crucial for controlling PPR.This manuscript discusses PPRV cellular receptors and host immunosuppression caused by PPRV which would also provide a reference for the other relative Morbilliviruses.
