浙贝母的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：浙贝母是百合科植物浙贝母的鳞茎,为浙江省道地药材之一是临床上的常用中药具有清热散结、止咳化痰的功效。中医主治风热咳嗽、肺痈喉痹、瘰疬和疮疡肿毒等症。现代医学研究报道浙贝母主要化学成分包括生物碱、多糖、总皂苷、黄酮类成分和挥发性成分等,具有止咳祛痰平喘、镇痛抗炎、抗溃疡、抗氧化、抗肿瘤及逆转肿瘤细胞耐药等功能。本文通过查阅近年来对浙贝母化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的相关研究报道进行综述,为进一步研究开发浙贝母提供参考。Fritillaria thunbergii is the bulb of Fritillaria thunbergii in the lily family.It is one of the local medicinal materials in Zhejiang province.It is a commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine in clinic.It has the effects of clearing heat,dispersing knot,relieving cough and resolving phlegm.Traditional Chinese Medicine mainly treats wind heat cough,lung carbuncle,throat arthralgia,scrofula,sore,swelling and toxin.Modern medical studies have reported that the main chemical constituent of Fritillaria thunbergii include alkaloids and total saponins.Polysaccharides have the functions of relieving cough,eliminating phlegmand asthma,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant,anti-tumor,reversing drug resistance of tumor cells and so on.This paper reviews the relevant research reports on the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Fritillaria thunbergii in recent years,so as to provide a reference for the further research and development of Fritillaria thunbergii.
