摘  要:以NaCl为造孔剂,2024Al和Zr粉末为基体,通过造孔剂法制备了Al_(3)Zr/2024Al多孔复合材料,研究了不同烧结温度对复合材料组织与压缩性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的孔隙率几乎不受烧结温度影响;烧结温度的升高可促进Al_(3)Zr在孔壁内生成、扩散和团聚长大;压缩试验结果表明Al_(3)Zr可明显提高复合材料的压缩性能,压缩强度随烧结温度的升高呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在650℃时屈服强度可达57.12 MPa,平台应力可达56.8 MPa,此时Al_(3)Zr/2024Al多孔复合材料具有最佳的压缩、吸能性能。Using NaCl as the space holder,2024Al and Zr powder as the matrix,the Al_(3)Zr/2024Al porous composites were prepared by the space holder technology,and the influence of different sintering temperatures on microstructure and compression properties of the composites was investigated.The results show that the porosity of the composites is almost not affected by sintering temperature.The increase of sintering temperature can promote the formation,diffusion and agglomeration of Al_(3)Zr in the pore wall.The results of compression test show that the Al_(3)Zr can improve the compression properties of the composites obviously,and the compressive strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of sintering temperature.When the sintering temperature is 650℃,the yield strength and the plateau stress of the composites are 57.12 MPa and 56.8 MPa,respectively,which indicates that the composites have the best compression and energy absorption properties.
