摘 要:采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪和透射电镜等研究了Sn对含铜取向硅钢脱碳退火后的组织、织构与抑制剂的影响。结果表明:脱碳退火后,由于Sn元素对抑制力的增强,可使初次再结晶晶粒变得更加均匀、细小,脱碳退火板的平均晶粒直径由10μm减小为6μm。试样主要织构组分相差不大,均存在较弱的α取向线织构、较强的γ取向线织构和一定量的Goss织构。但加入Sn元素后,α取向线织构密度略微减小,Goss织构明显加强。含Sn取向硅钢的抑制剂类型为Sn与Cu_(2)S和MnS的抑制剂复合共存,且Sn对析出物尺寸分布会产生较大影响,添加Sn后脱碳退火板中20~50 nm的第二相粒子数量明显增多。Influence of Sn on microstructure,texture and inhibitor of copper bearing oriented silicon steel after decarburization annealing was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractomer,energy dispersive spectrometer analysis and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that after decarburization annealing,the primary recrystallized grains become more uniform and finer due to the enhancement of the inhibitory force of Sn element,and the average grain diameter of the decarburization annealing plate decreases from 10μm to 6μm.There is little difference in the main texture components of the sample,and there is weakαorientation line texture,strongγorientation line texture and a certain amount of Goss texture.But after adding Sn element,the density ofαorientation line texture decreases slightly and Goss texture is significantly strengthened.The inhibitor type of Sn containing oriented silicon steel is the composite coexistence of Sn,Cu_(2 )S and MnS inhibitors,and Sn will have a great influence on the size distribution of precipitates,that is,after the addition of Sn,the number of second phase particles with size of 20-50 nm in the decarburization annealing plate increases significantly.
