摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度计和HT-1000高温摩擦磨损试验机等研究了不同淬火温度对冷轧辊用MC3钢组织、硬度和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:淬火后,冷轧辊用MC3钢基体组织由铁素体向隐针状马氏体转变,同时碳化物溶解并伴随有残留奥氏体的生成,当淬火温度超过920℃时,马氏体组织严重粗化,残留奥氏体体积分数急剧增加。随着淬火温度的升高,MC3钢的硬度和耐磨性都呈先升高后下降的趋势,当淬火温度为920℃时,硬度达到最大值63.8 HRC,平均摩擦系数为0.61,体积磨损量为0.164 mm^(3),耐磨性最佳。Effect of quenching temperature on microstructure,hardness and friction properties of MC3 steel for cold roll were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,Rockwell hardness tester and HT-1000 high temperature friction and wear tester.The results show that after quenching,the matrix structure of the MC3 steel for cold roll transforms from ferrite to acicular martensite,and at the same time,carbides dissolve and residual austenite is formed.When the quenching temperature exceeds 920℃,the martensite is seriously coarsened and the volume fraction of residual austenite increases sharply.With the increase of quenching temperature,the hardness and wear resistance of the MC3 steel increase first and then decrease.When the quenching temperature is 920℃,the hardness of the MC3 steel reaches the maximum value of 63.8 HRC,the average friction coefficient is 0.61,the wear volume loss is 0.164 mm^(3),and the wear resistance is the best.
