摘 要:为了开发TRIP钢的热轧在线控制冷却工艺,以700 MPa级TRIP钢为研究对象,利用JMatPro软件计算其轧后冷却相变特征,根据计算获取的CCT曲线优化设计TRIP钢的三段式冷却工艺,并利用ThermecMastor-Z热模拟试验机进行模拟试验,测定试验钢在指定冷却工艺下的显微组织特征、各相含量百分比以及力学性能。结果表明:为了获得低屈服强度和高抗拉强度的综合性能,需提高第一阶段和第三阶段的冷却速度并延长第二阶段的冷却时间,推荐三段式冷却工艺为:精轧出口以40℃/s速率冷却至750℃,随后以3℃/s速率缓冷20 s,最后以40℃/s速率冷却至420℃进行卷取。结合实测结果对计算所得的CCT曲线予以微调,获得了可准确量化的试验钢连续冷却相变特征,对热轧700 MPa级TRIP钢的冷却工艺制定具有重要意义。In order to develop the hot rolling on-line controlled cooling process of TRIP steel,taking 700 MPa TRIP steel as the research object,the cooling transformation characteristics of the experimental steel after rolling were calculated by JMatPro software,the three-stage cooling process of the TRIP steel was optimized according to the calculated CCT curve,and the simulation test was carried out by Thermomastor-Z thermal simulation tester to determine the microstructure characteristics,the percentage of each phase and the mechanical properties of the experimental steel under the specified cooling process.The results show that in order to obtain low yield strength and high tensile strength,it is necessary to increase the cooling rate in the first stage and the third stage and prolong the cooling time in the second stage.The recommended three-stage cooling process is as follows:the finish rolling outlet is cooled to 750℃at the rate of 40℃/s,then slowly cooled at the rate of 3℃/s for 20 s,and finally cooled to 420℃at the rate of 40℃/s for coiling.Combined with the measured results,the calculated CCT curve is fine-tuned,and the accurately quantifiable continuous cooling transformation characteristics of the experimental steel are obtained,which is of great significance to the formulation of the cooling process of 700 MPa hot-rolled TRIP steel.
