摘 要:基于加速度计的倾角测量方法是大部分倾角仪所采用的基本原理,对其零位偏值引起测量误差的补偿方法却研究较少。文中通过分析加速度计的结构和倾角测量原理,引入了摆放角的概念,并对摆放角对加速度计零位偏值的影响进行了分析,给出了零位偏值的在线补偿方法。针对分析结果,通过试验和数据分析论证了补偿效果。The inclination measurement method based on accelerometer is the basic principle of most inclinometers.However,there is little research on the compensation method of measurement error caused by its zero offset.By analyzing the structure of accelerometer and the principle of inclination measurement,the concept of placement angle was introduced,and the influence of placement angle on accelerometer zero offset was analyzed,and the online compensation method of zero offset was given.According to the analysis results,the compensation effect was demonstrated through test and data analysis.
