摘 要:合成一种氨基封端的聚砜(PSF-NH_(2))并添加至环氧树脂中制备复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)、动态力学分析(DMA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对复合材料的结构与性能进行了研究。研究表明,添加适量的PSF-NH_(2)可以使复合材料保持均相体系,当PSF-NH_(2)含量为2.50%时,冲击强度相比于纯树脂提高了95.02%。环氧树脂的韧性得到提高的同时拉伸和弯曲性能也有所改善,且复合材料耐热性基本保持不变。In this paper,an amino terminated polysulfone(PSF-NH_(2)) was synthesized and added to epoxy resin to prepare composites.The structure and properties of the composites were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that adding an appropriate amount of PSF-NH_(2) can keep the composite homogeneous system,when 2.5%PSF-NH_(2) is added,the impact strength is 95.02%higher than that of neat resin.While the toughness of epoxy resin is improved,the tensile and bending properties are also improved,and the heat resistance of the composites remains basically unchanged.
