摘  要:针对滑块盖板曲面分型面,三维空间6方位斜向侧向抽芯的结构难点,提出了斜抽芯方向与主开模方向一致的减少斜抽芯数量的方法,成功将6方位斜向侧向抽芯简化为4方位斜向侧向抽芯。设计了T型块内侧斜向抽芯机构、斜导柱外侧斜向抽芯机构。为配合二次抽芯,模具采用动模一侧二次分型。为完成二次分型,设计了顺序定距分型机构和推出机构随行机构。经试模,该模具工作可靠,满足实际要求。In view of the structural difficulties in the mold design for slider cover with curved parting surface and 6 oblique and side core-pulling in different directions in space, the method of reducing the number of oblique core-pulling by designing the direction of oblique core-pulling to be consistent with the direction of the mold main parting was put forward, and then the 6 different direction oblique and side core-pulling was successfully simplified into 4 oblique and side core-pulling.The T-block oblique core-pulling and inclined guide pin oblique core-pulling were designed.The secondary parting action on the moving side was designed to cooperate with the secondary core-pulling.In order to complete the two-step parting actions, the sequential distance parting mechanism and accompanying mechanism for ejector were designed.The mold test proved in practice that it had good stability in work and was satisfied with the application requirement.
