摘 要:针对狭长型薄壁零件的注塑模具冷却优化问题,以典型零件引水管为研究对象,采用随形水路的冷却设计方案,通过Moldflow软件,进行随形水路与传统水路的仿真模拟及对比。结果表明,随形冷却在产品表面温度分布均匀性上提升了52.6%,冷却时间上缩短了19.7%,整个注射过程填充情况良好,体积收缩符合要求;并采用选择性激光熔化技术(SLM)型3D打印的方式,加工随形冷却水路的型芯镶件,并进行模具装配试制及批量加工的实际验证。结果表明,随形水路冷却方案在狭长型薄壁零件的模具加工中能有效改善产品质量、提高冷却效率。Aiming at the optimization of injection mold cooling scheme for narrow, long and thin-walled parts, taking the water diversion pipe of typical parts as the research object, the cooling design scheme of conformal waterway was adopted, and the simulation and comparison between conformal waterway and traditional waterway were carried out through Moldflow simulation software.The results show that conformal cooling improves the uniformity of product surface temperature distribution by 52.6%,the cooling time is shortened by 19.7%,the filling condition of the whole injection process is good, and the volume shrinkage meets the requirements.The core inserts of the conformal cooling water path are processed by selective laser melting technology(SLM)three dimensional(3D)printing, and the actual verification of batch processing is carried out.The results show that the conformal water cooling scheme can effectively improve the product quality and cooling efficiency in the mold processing of long and narrow thin-walled parts.
