摘  要:第三单体的添加通常会对材料的结构与性能产生明显影响。选取第三单体类型相同但含量不同的三种乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE),通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、广角衍射分析(WAXD)、小角散射分析(SAXS)、偏光显微(POM)等方法深入研究了不同第三单体含量对ETFE结晶行为及晶体结构的影响,并对材料进行了光学性能测试。结果表明,随第三单体含量的增加,ETFE主链上会引入更多短支链并使支化度提升,这使得材料的结晶行为受到明显抑制并使结晶度下降,进一步地会形成更多排列不规则的破碎片晶并使材料无法生长出规则球晶,从而使材料的雾度降低并使透过率得到提升。通过本研究有助于深入理解不同第三单体含量对ETFE结构与性能所产生的影响,对材料的开发和应用提供借鉴。The addition of the third monomer usually had a significant impact on the structure and properties of the material.In this paper,three kinds of ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene(ETFE)copolymer resins with the same third monomer type but different contents were selected.The influence of the third monomer content on the crystallization behavior and crystal structure of ETFE were deeply studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD),polarizing microscope(POM),then the material was tested for optical properties.The results show that as the contents of the third monomer increase,more long side chains have been introduced into the main chain and the degree of branching increases.So that the crystallization behavior of the material is significantly suppressed and the crystallinity is decreased,and further it forms more irregularly arranged broken lamellae,which causes materials unable to grow regular spherulites.Therefore,the haze of the materials is reduced and the transmittance is improved.This study helps to deeply understand the influence of the third monomer content on the structure and properties of ETFE,and guides the development and application of materials.
