摘 要:采用γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对凹凸棒土(ATP)进行表面化学改性制得ATP-KH570,再经接枝聚合制得ATP接枝聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯改性粒子(ATP-g-PGMA)。以ATP-g-PGMA为增容剂,协同聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)对PP/聚乙醇酸共混物(PP/PGA)进行增容改性。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)对改性粒子和复合材料进行了表征,详细研究了ATP-g-PGMA用量对共混物力学性能、纺丝性能、熔融结晶行为的影响,并考察了PP/PGA/ATP-g-PGMA复合纤维对不同气体的吸附性能和降解性能。结果表明,通过接枝聚合成功制得ATP-g-PGMA改性粒子,ATP-g-PGMA协同PP-g-MAH能显著提高PP和PGA的相容性;随ATP-g-PGMA用量增大,复合材料力学性能呈先增大后减小的趋势,PGA结晶逐渐受限,甚至于不结晶,PP的结晶温度逐渐升高,出现熔融双峰特征。复合纤维对极性和非极性气体的吸附率明显高于纯PP纤维,PP可显著延缓复合纤维中PGA的降解过程。Attapulgite(ATP)was chemically modifoed by methacryloxytrimethoxysilane(KH570)to prepare ATP-KH570,and then ATP grafted with polyglycidyl methacrylate(ATP-g-PGMA)particles were prepared via graft polymerization of polyglycidyl methacrylate(GMA).A series of polypropylene/polyglycolic acid blends(PP/PGA)were prepared by using ATP-g-PGMA and PP grafted maleic anhydride(PP-g-MAH)as the synergistic compatibilizer.The modified particles and composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The influence of the used amount of ATP-g-PGMA on the mechanical performance,spinning properties,melting and crystallization behavior of composites were studied.The degradation behavior and adsorption performance towards different gases of PP/PGA/ATP-g-PGMA composite fiber were investigated.The results show that ATP-g-PGMA particles are successfully prepared via graft polymerization.ATP-g-PGMA and PP-g-MAH can significantly improve the compatibility between PP and PGA.With the increase of the amount of ATP-g-PGMA,the mechanical properties of composites are increased first and then decrease,the crystallization of PGA is gradually restricted or even wholly suppressed,and the crystallization temperature of PP is gradually increased and changed to the double melting peak.The adsorption rate of the composite fibers to polar and non-polar gases is significantly higher than that of the pure PP fiber,and PP can significantly delay the degradation process of PGA in the composite fibers.
